Real estate cleaning is a thorough, presentation-ready clean performed on a property before it is listed for sale, shown to buyers, or transferred to a new owner. The goal is to make the property look its absolute best for showings, photography, and final walkthroughs.
A real estate clean covers all rooms top to bottom including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. We clean appliances inside and out, wipe down all surfaces, clean windows, scrub floors, and address any areas that need extra attention to make the property show-ready.
We use only all-natural, organic cleaning products on every real estate job. These are safe, effective, and leave no harsh chemical residue or strong fumes behind — important when buyers are walking through the property.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons. If you need a last-minute clean, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Last-minute bookings may be subject to a premium fee.
We do both. We can clean before listing to help the property show at its best, and we can also handle move-out and transfer cleans once the sale is complete.
We provide real estate cleaning across Muskoka, Simcoe County, Barrie, Orillia, Collingwood, Toronto, and the Greater Toronto Area.

Payment is due the same day or next day upon receipt of invoice via e-transfer. Personal cheques are not accepted. Credit card payments may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
