Yes. We schedule turnovers around your check-in and check-out times, including same-day turnovers when needed. Just share your calendar with us and we coordinate the rest.
A standard turnover includes a full clean of all rooms, fresh linen and towel setup, trash removal, restocking of any supplies you provide, and a walkthrough to make sure everything is in order before the next guest arrives. We follow your checklist or house manual if you have one.
We use only all-natural, organic cleaning products on every turnover. No harsh chemicals, no strong fumes — safe for all guests including families with children and pets.
Yes. We are well experienced with cottage and waterfront short-term rental properties across Muskoka including Huntsville, Bracebridge, Port Carling, Gravenhurst, and surrounding areas. We understand the seasonal demands of cottage country hosting.
Last-minute bookings may be subject to a premium fee unless discussed in advance. Short-term rental exceptions may apply depending on the situation — please reach out to discuss your specific needs.

Payment is due the same day or next day upon receipt of invoice via e-transfer. Personal cheques are not accepted. Credit card payments may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
