K.Lea Housekeeping specializes in post-construction cleanup that goes deep enough to actually clear it out, so your new or renovated space is genuinely ready to be lived in.
Rough clean
Debris removal, bulk dust clearing, and getting the space to a workable baseline, often done while trades are still finishing.
Detail clean
Surfaces, fixtures, cabinetry, windows, and floors cleaned thoroughly once construction is wrapped up.
Final touch clean
A final pass before move-in or handover — catching anything the settle-dust left behind and making sure it's truly ready.

Post-construction cleaning includes removal of construction debris, drywall dust, adhesive residue, paint overspray, and fine particulate from all surfaces including floors, walls, windows, fixtures, and cabinetry. We work through every room methodically until the space is move-in or occupancy ready.
Yes. We handle post-construction cleaning for brand new builds, full renovations, and partial renovation projects of all sizes, from single rooms to entire properties.
We use only all-natural, organic cleaning products. Post-construction sites already have significant dust and debris in the air and on surfaces, so we avoid adding harsh chemicals to the mix. Our products are effective and safe for the space from day one.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit of the quoted estimate upfront before work begins on all post-construction jobs. This may be waived in certain circumstances if alternative arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon in advance.
The time required depends on the size of the space and the extent of the construction. We assess each job individually and provide an accurate estimate before we begin. We do not rush post-construction cleans — we work through the space until it is done properly.

A 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance is due the same day or next day upon completion and receipt of invoice, via e-transfer. Personal cheques are not accepted.
